School Introduction:

Luquan Vocational Senior High School is the only school in Luquan that trains all kinds of junior and intermediate technical talents. After 20 years of planning and development, Luquan vocational high School has become a comprehensive school integrating vocational high school and technical secondary school.  Luquan Agricultural School was founded in 1983 with the approval of Chuxiong Education Bureau and document No. 59 of Chuxiong People's Government.  The school is located in madou Ditch, 4 km southwest of the county seat.  In 1987, with the care and help of the city and county leaders, it moved to the current site (the original 305 Team primary school).  Appointed by Kunming Education Bureau and approved by the government in 1989, it was renamed Luquan Vocational And Technical School. Approved by Luquan Education Bureau, it was renamed Luquan Vocational And Senior High School in 1999.  Luquan Vocational High School covers an area of 2234.98 mu.  The total area of teaching area and living area is 37 mu, and the production and practice base is 94.98 mu.  The school has a teaching building, a comprehensive building, a student canteen.  Physics laboratory, chemistry laboratory, biology laboratory, library, reading room, computer room.  There are auto repair professional teaching vehicles and parts and other teaching equipment.

Project activities:

1) 22/12/2021, The last demonstration class of this semester was held in Luquan Vocational Senior High School

The content of the course is the influence of carbon dioxide on the earth's temperature, which is identified as one of the main causes of the greenhouse effect due to the large amount of carbon dioxide produced.  Scientists use ice cores to measure changes in the levels of gases in the air.  Then a science video was used to show students that carbon dioxide does block heat transfer;  Finally, draw a picture of the greenhouse effect in groups.
