Does a child who loves to read become more curious and questioning about the world?

They will keep asking: about the seasons, plants and animals, the stars, the earth and many other things.

In Ms. Yang Linbin class, there is such a child who loves to read books and shows us that children have a thousand questions about the big world. It is one of the duties of a teacher to guide, and she can bring a different kind of growth to children.

The picture books of the preschool classes, with beautiful pictures, vivid and interesting language, are not only enjoyed by the children, but also loved by Ms. Yang Linbin.

Ms. Lin Bin always loves to tell children one story after another in the classroom, "The Mouse Postman Goes Around""The Blonde Girl and the Three Bears""When Will I Grow Up, Mom" ...... The children are always happy to hear it.

Stimulate children's language ability

In POF Qiaojia Shaping, most of the children are 3-6 years old, and they show their interest in picture books on their first day in the toddler class, where different people can portray different stories through vivid pictures.

As the head of the preschool class, Ms. Lin Bin, the daily teaching activity is to guide children to see, hear and speak with the help of picture books, starting from everyone's interest to stimulate children's interest in reading.

Yang Xing always kept asking questions while Ms. Lin Bin was telling the story: why do bees make honey, why does the little girl live with the bear, and why is there autumn? Every time, Ms. Lin Bin would patiently point to the pictures in the picture booktell Yang Xing and other children, then we would share our imagination with each other.

Gradually, Ms. Lin Bin found that children who loved to read books in the class were better at expressing themselves than those who read less. Yang Xing, for example, is not the oldest child in the class, but her language expression is the most advanced.

Promote young children's observation and thinking skills

If Ms. Lin Bin shows a painting to the children in her class, they can have a different story through observation and thinking.

The children's picture books, with few words, were able to double their intentions with the richness of the pictures to demonstrate the story, a vast world brewing in the process. Yang Xing and the other children were able to find out how much honey was made by the number of bees, they were able to guess that the blonde girl also liked to read books by the books in the pictures, and they were able to determine how many bunnies lived in the room by the number of beds.

So, don't underestimate the pictures in picture books, children can dig out endless treasures and fun.

Cultivating good behavioral habits in young children

According to Ms. Lin Bin, it takes a lot of effort to develop hygiene and behavioral habits for the children in the early preschool classroom. She needs to tell the children how to take care of their personal hygiene, how to eat properly and how to do things by themselves in their daily actions, but often it is half the effort because she finds that the children do not easily understand the reasoning just by talking.

Picture book stories, however, are different. It can be explained through vivid, visual stories, play a half-hearted role. For example, "David cannot", "crocodile afraid, dentist afraid", "eat your peas", "big dog doctor", these picture books let the children learn much easier, Lin Bin also saved a lot of repeated instructions and corrections.

So, how can you get your child to love reading? In short, it is to develop good reading habits in children.

In recent years, inPOF classes, the program has not only met the demand for adequate picture books in the early preschool classes, but has also strengthened teachers' picture book presentation skills and assisted them in mobilizing parents to read with their children, all of which are beneficial to the reading and developmental needs of young children.

In POF Qiaojia Shaping, picture books not only bring fun to Ms. Lin Bin, but also bring Yang Xing and other children a lot of joy. They are happy to read books every day and share the stories they learn with their partners and parents.
