On August 21,2013, Citibank (China) and HPP China co-launched the Citi-HPP Chongqing Rural Micro Enterprise Development Program Press Conference, celebrating achievements of the Wanzhou Program. 19,561 farmers have benefited from this 3 year program, which has improved their living conditions, given them skills, increased their incomes and raised their spirits. 70% of the supporting households have increased their income by 30%.
