The school is located in Yihuiyuan Community, Beicheng District, Panlong District. It officially opened in September 2019. It is a new public school opened by Panlong District in Beicheng District. The school adheres to the school-running philosophy of "taking school development as the core, teacher-student growth as the goal, and infiltration of education as the theme", and achieves "student growth, teacher improvement, and school development" through the management of "standardization, refinement, and human culture".
