Anning No. 3 Kindergarten is located in Ninghu Community, No. 14, Ninghu Road, Lianran Street, Anning City, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, adjacent to Ninghu Park. It is now a first-class and third-class kindergarten in Yunnan Province. Sanyou was founded in June 1989, formerly known as the staff kindergarten of Yunnan Phosphate Fertilizer Industry Co., Ltd. In January 2004, it belonged to Anning Education Bureau and changed its name to Anning Ninghu Kindergarten. In April 2015, with the approval of the Anning Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Ninghu Kindergarten was renamed Anning No. 3 Kindergarten; in September 2017, our kindergarten successfully completed the reconstruction and expansion project, and the new teaching building was put into use. After the renovation and expansion is completed, the kindergarten covers an area of 12.14 mu, with a construction area of 8,097 square meters, a green area of 3,505 square meters, and an outdoor activity area of 3,478 square meters. It is also equipped with sand pools, leisure pools, large outdoor toys, climbing frames, swing bridges, planting corners, feeding corners, and multi-functional activity rooms according to the standard to meet the needs of children's development.

At present, the No. 3 Kindergarten in Anning City currently has 16 teaching classes with a total of 632 children, including 5 small classes, 190 children, 6 middle classes, 251 children, 5 large classes, and 191 children. There are 87 employees, including 55 full-time teachers, 21 backbone teachers at or above the county level, subject leaders, famous class teachers, and rookies in teaching.
