School Introduction:

Wuhua District Fengyuan Primary School (formerly known as Ma Yuan Primary school), wuhua District is an urban public school.  Founded in June 1954, the school has a history of 65 years.  In September 2018, The Education and Sports Bureau of Wuhua District integrated students from two private schools, Yucai and Dacheng, into Mayuan Primary School. At the same time, the school moved to the new campus, No. 21, Fengning North Road. In May 2019, the school officially changed its name to Wuhua Fengyuan Primary School.  

Fengyuan Primary School is the national children's painting demonstration school, yunnan Province youth ideological and moral education base, Yunnan province ecological environment new media reporter station, Yunnan's first ecological environment parent school, Kunming Green School, Wuhua District excellent education and teaching quality school.  In the past three years, the school has won more than 70 collective awards at all levels.  

The school now has 23 classes with more than 1100 students.  The school has 60 teachers, which is a combination of old and young, noble ethics, high education, professional dedication, professional quality of the teachers.  Among the teachers, there are 5 in-service graduate students, accounting for 8.3% of the total number of teachers;  53 have bachelor degree, accounting for 88.4% of the total number of teachers;  2 teachers with junior college degrees, accounting for 3.3% of the total number of teachers;  Among the 30 teachers enrolled, there are 12 district-level academic leaders and backbone teachers, 1 city-level rookie and 2 district-level rookie.  One is a national second-class psychological consultant.  Over the years, the school has put quality education in the first place, strives for survival by quality, strives for development by innovation, has the courage to practice and pays attention to actual results.  The school has established the philosophy of "serving every child's happy growth, laying the foundation for every child's happy life, and setting the stage for every teacher's development and success".  Established the "quality of survival, service and trust, scientific research and development, innovation with characteristics" management philosophy;  Deepen the school green environmental protection features, highlight the school's fine arts and sports volleyball characteristics.  The school has established the educational goal of "morality, foundation, personality and quality", that is, to train students to be people with good moral character, solid foundation, sound personality and comprehensive quality;  The school is striving to create a school "integration culture" that "integrates itself, collective, campus, community, society, nature and the world".  With the goal of "harmonious campus, high quality education and development characteristics", we carry out the education work of "moral cultivation, full staff, comprehensive and whole process".  

Fengyuan Primary School has been recognized by the society, parents and higher education authorities for its standardized management, excellent quality, harmonious campus and hard-working teachers and students.  It is the future development direction of the school to build a school with mutual emotional integration, mutual cooperation, compatibility and inclusion, highlighting the great virtue and avenue.  In recent years, we will rely on the establishment of provincial-level and national-level green schools, kunming modern education demonstration schools, party construction demonstration schools, language and character demonstration schools to promote the sustainable development of schools as a whole, and strive to provide education that the people are satisfied with.
