Autumn this year is more lively and interesting than usual.  

The children of Dadi kindergarten clean the table, sweep the floor and sort the rubbish at home after school. As a matter of fact, the teacher did not give them such an assignment.  

They get a small amount of pocket money as a reward by doing housework, and then donate the money to the children in Qiaojia rural preschools. This is the large-scale public welfare activity "Half of my love is shared with you" launched by Dadi Preschool Education in its affiliated kindergartens across the country.

Love Activity Site

Dadikid, a well-known preschool education brand in China, has been engaged in the development of high-quality preschool education in China for more than 30 years.  They hope that while developing urban early childhood education, they can also support more remote rural early childhood education and narrow the gap between urban and rural early childhood education.  

With the support of Dadikid, the Project covers 30 preschool classes in Qiaojia County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province. Dadi hopes to mobilize more forces to help remote rural children and link more preschool education resources to support rural preschool classes.  

6-7 Dadi city kindergartens support one rural kindergarten in Qiaojia County, and such let urban children and rural children work hand in hand, heart to heart.

Love wall

There are many ways to express love, such as doing housework, flea market sales and donating picture books and toys. In some kindergartens, the children directly donated their toys and picture books to the children of Qiaojia Kindergarten, and some set up a flea market to sell for charity and then passed on the love.

When I asked the children if they like to donate their pocket money and toys, I received their positive answers and warm care.  

Children who have never met before, met in this autumn because of a love. This love is simple and very warm, thank you Dadi children for "Half of my love is shared with you".  

At present, 48 Dadikid kindergartens participate in "Half of my love is shared with you" public welfare activities and through the way of  "many to one" support 15 rural preschools in Qiaojia County.  As of October 26, 2021, more than 15,600 people have participated in the activity, and RMB 281,684.30 has been raised. Tens of thousands of toys and materials have been donated.  Children's parents participate in the whole process and supervise it.

With the support of Dadikid, the first batch of 15 rural preschools in Qiaojia County have been successfully opened.

Project introduction：

Funded among others by Dadikid Early Childhood Education Group and China Charities Aid Foundation for Children, the Qiaojia County POF project takes preschool education as the breakthrough point, to provide a safe, comfortable learning and playing environment for children in remote rural areas. The curriculum focuses on health, language, society, science and art, so that preschool-age children living in rural areas can get all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics. The project focuses on two modules: upgrading teaching hardware as well as teaching and playing aids, and improving teachers' professional ability. At the same time, the project supervises and manages the daily operation of the preschool, assists teachers in training parents, creates a safe and healthy learning and living environment for those children, thereby achieving the joint education of family and kindergarten. Quality preschool education provided by the POF will make the rural children fully prepared for entering the primary school.
